01Purpose
This policy applies to every Customer and User of zeerow, and forms part of our Terms of Use. It protects our Customers, our partners and the payment system.
02You must not use zeerow to
- break any law, including laws on money laundering, terror financing, tax, foreign exchange and sanctions;
- pay for illegal goods or services, gambling, betting, unregulated lotteries, or anything prohibited by RBI, NPCI or our partners;
- move money for personal use in a way that hides its real purpose, or split payments to avoid limits, approvals or tax thresholds;
- convert wallet or card balances into cash for unlawful purposes, or run the platform as an unlicensed money transfer or collection service for others;
- upload fake, altered or duplicate bills, or record false purposes for payments;
- pay or onboard sanctioned persons or entities;
- send spam, phishing or misleading messages to payees or Users.
03Security rules
- Do not share PINs, OTPs or login links.
- Do not try to access other Customers' data, probe or bypass security, or overload the service.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or resell zeerow.
- Found a security issue? Report it under our Responsible Disclosure policy.
04What happens if this policy is broken
We may hold or reject transactions, suspend Users or accounts, report activity to FIU-IND or other authorities, and inform our banking partners, as the law and our partner agreements require.
