Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zeerow, we strive to provide seamless payment automation solutions while ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription-Based Services

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Zeerow account or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation before the end of the billing cycle will not result in a refund for the remaining period. However, users can continue to use the service until the subscription period ends.

1.2 One-Time Payments & Transactions

  • Once a transaction has been initiated and processed through Zeerow, it cannot be cancelled or reversed unless required by law or explicitly permitted under the service terms.
  • Users are advised to verify all details before initiating payments to avoid errors.

1.3 Service Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: If a user upgrades their subscription plan, the new plan will take effect immediately, and the previous plan's balance may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
  • Downgrades: Downgrading a plan will be effective from the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the unused period of the higher-tier plan.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Unavailability: If Zeerow is unable to provide the service due to technical issues from our end, users may request a refund.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged multiple times for the same service due to a system error, a refund will be issued upon verification.
  • Erroneous Transactions: If a transaction fails due to a technical error but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed in accordance with banking norms.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If a user decides to stop using Zeerow services after activation, no refunds will be issued.
  • Partial Usage: If a user has partially utilized the service but chooses to discontinue, no partial refunds will be issued.
  • Regulatory Restrictions: Payments are governed by financial regulations, and in the event that a government authority issues a notification restricting Zeerow from providing services, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method usedby the user.
  • Zeerow is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.
